Follows the 24-Week DBT Skills Training Curriculum developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan
Maximum of 12 members per group (plus the therapist)
Different cohorts for each group
Takes 24 weeks (about 6 months) to complete the curriculum
Many people find it helpful to repeat the curriculum at least once
Led by an experienced therapist who questions the role of diagnosis, emphasizing the impact of societal factors on individual challenges rather than solely attributing them to the person.
