- All class times are EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Follows the 24-Week DBT Skills Training Curriculum developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan
- Maximum of 12 members per group (plus the therapist)
- Different cohorts for each group
- Takes 24 weeks (about 6 months) to complete the curriculum
- Many people find it helpful to repeat the curriculum at least once
- Led by an experienced therapist who questions the role of diagnosis, emphasizing the impact of societal factors on individual challenges rather than solely attributing them to the person.
