DBT Supportive Process Group
This weekly telehealth DBT supportive process group is for individuals who have completed DBT skills training or are currently enrolled in a DBT skills training class. The group is facilitated by a therapist who is skeptical of diagnosis, as it tends to locate the challenge strictly within the individual as opposed to destructive and inequitable forces in society.
